MEXICAN MULE

INGREDIENTS

1/3 Tequila
2/3 Chiurazzi Ginger Beer
2 Slices of lime
1/2 Teaspoon of brown sugar
1/2 Teaspoon of ginger

PREPARATION

Put the lime, the cane sugar and the ground into a shaker. Add Tequila, Ginger, 4/5 cubes of ice and shake for 5/10 seconds. Fill a highball glass with 7/8 ice cubes and filter the contents of the shaker. Fill with Chiurazzi Ginger Beer and mix gently. Garnish with a clove of orange and a slice of ginger root and a crushed chilli.

GREEN JEWELL

INGREDIENTS

40 Grams of Midori
2/3 Lemonade
1/3 Chiurazzi Ginger Beer
1 Teaspoon of lemon juice
2 Teaspoons of brown sugar syrup

PREPARATION

Pour Midori, lemon juice and cane sugar syrup in a shaker with abundant ice. Shake it all for 5 seconds and filter into a tall tumbler. Complete pouring 2/3 of lemonade and 1/3 of Chiurazzi Ginger Beer. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve immediately.

MOSCOW MULE

Alcoholic

INGREDIENTS

3-4 Broken ice cubes
2 parts of Vodka
Juice of two lime
Chiurazzi Ginger Beer
Slice of lime to decorate

PREPARATION

Put the ice in the shaker. Add vodka and lime juice. Shake until the shaker cools down. Pour into a big hurricane or tumbler. Fill in with Chiurazzi Ginger Beer. Decorate with a slice of lime and serve with a straw.

DARK ‘N’ STORMY Long drink

INGREDIENTS

6 cl of dark Rum
10 cl of Chiurazzi Ginger Beer

PREPARATION

In a tumbler glass full of ice add 6 cl of dark rum and fill with Chiurazzi Ginger Beer. Garnish with lemon peel.
