PREPARATION

Panaché is a French alcoholic cocktail made with beer and Gassosa Chiurazzi. In a tall glass stir the beer and the Gassosa Chiurazzi.

2/5 Of lemon juice
2/5 Of orange juice
1/5 Of Gassosa Chiurazzi
Mint leaves
Lemon slices

PREPARATION

Shake vigorously for a few minutes the two fruit juices together with the ice. Get the mixture obtained inside the glasses, add the Gassosa Chiurazzi by pouring it into a wire and decorate it with some mint leaves; Let it flavor before serving.

60 ml of Vodka
15 ml of Midori
A few drops of Blue Curacao,

PREPARATION

Prepare in the shaker with ice and Vodka, Midori, Blue Curacao and Gassosa Chiurazzi. Serve very cold.

SANGRIA

INGREDIENTI

1 l of Red Wine
500 ml of Gassosa Chiurazzi
120 grams of sugar
1 Shot of Brandy
2 Peaches
2 Oranges
1 Lemon
1 Apple
1 Cinnamon stick
1 Vanilla stick
5-6 Cloves

PREPARATION

Pour the wine into a very large bowl, add the sugar, the brandy, the cloves, the whole cinnamon, the vanilla and the juice of half a lemon and an orange. Mix well. Cut off all cubes, while as decoration you can cut half an orange and half lemon in washers instead of cubes. Then pour the fruit into the wine, gently stirring and cover the container with transparent film. Then put the sangria in the refrigerator for at least 7-8 hours so that the fruit macerating, release its flavor in the wine. When it is time to serve it add Gassosa Chiurazzi and ice.
